We offer a One year (from date of invoice) return to base warranty on all new products.

If any fault should arise within this warranty period we will endeavour to fix either by phone / e-mail. If any new parts are required we will send new/replacement parts free of charge.

Should the machine need to be inspected/repaired at our premises, we will require the machine to be returned to us at your cost. – We will then carry out any necessary repairs once the machine arrives and inform you as soon as the machine is ready for collection. – Should the machine prove to be irreparable, we will replace with a new machine at our own discretion.


All returns will be subject to a 25% re-stocking fee.

Please ensure that you have made your correct decision on your purchase as we are unable to re-sell a returned machine as ‘Brand New’ and costs such as transport and packaging are non-refundable. Therefore please be aware that a re-stocking fee of 25% will  apply to cover such costs.


Damage in Transit

All machines are inspected and checked before despatch and we always ensure to pack the machines carefully and safely for transit, however, in the event that damages are found as a result of poor transit, please notify the carrier immediately and also notify ourselves. Failure to do so may result in additional expenses to repairs and replacement parts from here on. – Please also record any evidence of damage by way of photographs and descriptions and e-mail the images immediately to us at: info@gapsuk.com
